Order Returns
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
How do I return?
- Please send us an email to sparkletotsuk@gmail.com with your order number and letting us know that you will be returning the product(s). We will send you details of where to return the product.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
What items are non-refundable?

- Items marked Final Sale/All Items in Clearance & Sale Collection
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Personalized/Customised Items
- Custom made hats and headbands.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to sparkletotsuk@gmail.com
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return postage charges
